St. Tammany Parish Councilmember Martha Cazaubon is hosting a Community Meeting for residents to view the proposed plan for the Pruden Rd/Hwy 190 Rezoning of approximately 38 acres from A-1 Residential to HC-2 Highway Commercial fronting Highway 190 at Pruden Rd. The property is located in the A4 Flood Zone and a Critical Drainage Area. St. Tammany Zoning Commission Denied the Rezoning Request at the February 2024 meeting. The Developer Appealed the decision to the Parish Council which was postponed until May so this Community Meeting could be held.
